Saso Teas (Pvt) Ltd was established by our Chairman Mr. V.I.Priyalal, who has over ten years of expertise in Plantation, Manufacturing, Tea Tasting, value addition, and the creation and export of the finest Ceylon tea.

Nonetheless, he sought to approach this mission in a distinctive manner. He envisioned tea as more than merely a drink; he aspired for it to be an experience.

We began our journey with a focus on creating sustainable opportunities for local communities, fostering growth and resilience among the workforce. Through our commitment to quality and ethical practices, we aim to redefine the tea industry while uplifting the lives of those who contribute to it.

Saso Teas Pvt Ltd started in 2016 by our legendary chairman Mr. V.I. Priyalal as a small company to empower the women labor force and enrich the livelihood of the estate labors.
